Speak with clarity, confidence, and warmth.

An 8-week coaching program for engineers and leaders who know their stuff but want it to land — in meetings, interviews, and the moments that count.

The idea

Communication isn't about what you say — it's about what your audience understands.

Three coachable traits carry every high-stakes conversation: confidence, clarity, and warmth. This program drills them on your real work — meetings, interviews, tough conversations — one rep at a time. Video is the mirror; reps beat theory.

Warmth03
Confidence

Do you speak with presence and authority?

Voice, pacing, posture, and intentional pausing.

Clarity

Do others understand your ideas quickly?

Structure, frameworks, and concision.

Warmth

Do people feel respected and engaged?

Listening, audience awareness, and tone.

The toolkit

Six frameworks you'll own.

Simple, repeatable structures you can reach for under pressure — introduced once, then reused every week until they're automatic.

BLUFBottom Line Up Front — lead with the conclusion, then support it.
PREPPoint, Reason, Example, Point — structure any spoken answer in four beats.
PSBProblem, Solution, Benefit — persuade by naming the problem before the fix.
FRAMEA simple structure for giving feedback that lands without defensiveness.
What–So What–Now WhatTurn a raw observation into meaning and a clear next step.
Structured DisagreementRespect, soften, express, support — disagree with seniors without friction.

What changes by the end

Heard the way you meant it.

  • Apply six core frameworks without thinking about them.
  • Speak more slowly, with intentional pauses and far fewer filler words.
  • Structure a spontaneous answer in under ten seconds of thinking time.
  • Deliver a 60-second professional introduction you're actually proud of.
  • Disagree respectfully with seniors and peers — and be heard.
  • Give feedback that lands without triggering defensiveness.
  • Leave with a personal communication toolkit and a long-term growth plan.

The program · eight weeks

One focus a week, building on the last.

Each week is a 60-minute live session plus short async reps between. Frameworks introduced early come back every week until they're second nature — and week 8 compares your final video to week 1's baseline.

WEEK 01Charisma Code

Confidence kickoff & baseline

Record a baseline video and self-rate on confidence, clarity, and warmth. Set the goals the whole program aims at.

WEEK 02Delivery

Articulation, pausing & vocal control

Slow down, chunk your sentences, and use the pause as a tool. Fewer fillers, more presence.

WEEK 03BLUF

Clear, concise communication

Lead with the bottom line. Cut the run-up, structure the point, and say more with less.

WEEK 04Listening

Active listening & audience awareness

Paraphrase, clarify, summarize. Read the room and adapt the message to who's in it.

WEEK 05PREP

Speaking on the spot

Answer unexpected questions with a four-beat structure — calm, clear, and quick under pressure.

WEEK 06Disagreement

Respectful disagreement

Push back on seniors and peers without friction: respect, soften, express, support.

WEEK 07PSB

Persuasive communication

Make the case so people move — problem, solution, benefit — tuned to the audience in the room.

WEEK 08Integration

Integration & growth plan

Combine every framework, compare against your week-1 baseline, and leave with a long-term plan.

How it works

Reps on your real conversations, not theory.

fully personalized

A.Reps over theory

No more than ~10 minutes of concept per session. The rest is drilling, on your own real scenarios.

B.Video is the mirror

You record yourself between sessions and watch the change — faster proof than any feedback from a coach.

C.Specific beats nice

Feedback names one exact behavior to change — "pause for a second after therefore" — not "try to pause more".

D.Real topics only

Drills use your actual meetings, interviews, and messages — never canned examples.

Fit

Who it's for.

A strong fit if you…

  • Are an engineer or lead stepping into more visible, higher-stakes rooms
  • Know your subject but feel it doesn't always land the way you meant
  • Present to non-technical stakeholders, or prep for interviews and all-hands
  • Speak a non-native language in an international team and want more ease

Probably not a fit if you…

  • Want a one-off quick trick rather than weekly practice
  • Won't record yourself on video between sessions
  • Prefer public-speaking theory over drilling real scenarios
  • Aren't ready to use your own real meetings as practice material

Start coaching

Be understood the first time.

Start with a baseline session: a short recorded intro, a self-rating, and a clear picture of what eight weeks can change. From there we drill on your real work.
